Nowadays, students lack motivation to learn in classrooms, and a general phenomenon of mismatching education and practice has emerged. Therefore, this course adopted the interactive teaching principle and applied business elements into the curriculum design. The purpose is to promote students' learning motivation and enhance the matching of education and practice. Through the "case method" and the concept of "asking-listening-responding," this approach aims to develop students' ability in terms of "listening, speaking, reading and thinking." In addition, the course includes 4 practical speeches and 2 business visits. Moreover, the final project is designed with real practical problems provided by business representatives. This creates many interactions between students and practitioners, both in and out of the classroom as well as online and offline. In the process, the study incorporates multiple evaluation methods to verify the learning effectiveness. The results can provide evidence for building similar educational approaches in the future.
