艦艇應用艉增裝置節能分析

摘要


一、馬總統就任以來推動節能減碳措施,為此國防部成立推動小組,其中具體的作為包括從嚴檢討機艦和車輛使用時機及增用模擬器訓練,以節約油料。二、受國際油價的影響,國軍在油料上的支出逐年增加,為達行政院要求節約油料的目標,預期將造成訓練失衡及時數降低。三、在京奧中,「美國飛魚」菲爾普斯勇奪游泳八面金牌,其各種泳姿也被賦予流體力學的解釋。國際泳賽過去皆以「增加推力」為目標,而在訓練已到瓶頸,較難突破的條件下,近年來「減少阻力」成為另軌努力並行的目標。四、本軍各型艦艇係針對不同任務而設計,其油耗量係依主機本身特性及保養工作良窳而定。在艦船現有型機不變,推進系統保持原設計前提下,期藉由減阻方式來達到燃油節約,以在遵行現有政策下,爭取艦艇最大化的訓練時間。
