從美軍聯合兩棲作戰計畫作為論國軍聯合兩棲作戰精進方向

摘要

一、美軍的兩棲作戰隨著現代科技進步促使軍隊裝備發展日新月異，美軍兩棲作戰之指參作為亦因為軍事裝備的更新，並在其攻勢戰略作為指導及精密裝備配合下，其指參作為已有所發展及精進。二、美軍聯合兩棲作戰為聯合作戰主要類型，且具備快速反應作戰之特性，我國情與美國不同，條件各異，兩棲攻略與佔領（主要類型）已不復存在，配合臺澎防衛作戰全般構想，如何整合聯合兩棲特遣部隊各軍、兵種戰力，其成功要素除建構先進武器裝備、強化人員教育訓練之外，實有賴符合作戰環境需求的聯合兩棲作戰計畫作為程序。

1. The equipment and technique developments of the US amphibious operation have been varied from old generation while worldwide modern technologies are progressing; these also urged the US to renew their doctrines of planning process so as to meet future challenges. Under the guidance of offensive strategy with the accurate equipments, the military planning processes have been improved and developed as well. 2. The US joint amphibious operations are one type of joint operation which possess the characteristics of rapid responding to hostile move, the primary missions and the conditions of ROCMC are quite differ from USMC in between, that cause the offensive strategy of traditional amphibious operations(Primary Types) of ROCMC is no longer exist. Accordance with the general concept of national defense strategy, beside establishing advanced weapons and equipments system and to enhance personnel training and education, the factors of success of knowing how to integrate the efforts of services for joint amphibious task forces in between are strongly rely on the planning process which imbedded with those real operational environments of joint amphibious operation.
