海軍戰術數據鏈路運用之研究

摘要

一、現代化戰爭發展快速，自1990年波斯灣戰爭迄今，資訊科技加入了通信領域，而產生數位化通信技術，發展出戰術數據鏈路技術。二、透過共同作戰圖像，即時獲得偵察情報並做出行動決策，展現出戰爭中以數據鏈為主要手段的網路信息傳遞的高效、快速特性。三、未來將走向高科技、快速度、廣資訊之聯合作戰形態，結合戰術數據鏈路，以「情資共享、聯合行動、戰力整合」原則下發展C4ISR系統之概念，發揮其效能，達成聯合作戰的目的。
