當前中共海軍院校的教育體制
The Contemporary Developments of People's Liberation Army Navy Educational Institutions
摘要
中共海軍積極推動現代化建設，且欲加速推進海軍戰略發展和人才戰略發展建設。2011年7月中共第16次全軍院校會議後，中共海軍軍隊院校和訓練機構進行新的調整改革，共軍海軍調整改制3所院校，並將2個海軍訓練基地併入海軍院校，中國大陸海軍院校教育體制的改革，值得吾人關注。

The People's Liberation Army Navy is aggressively conducting its modernization programs. Meanwhile, it also speeds up its progress of developing naval strategy and fulfillment of its personnel quality enhancing strategy. After the Sixteenth Conference of People's Liberation Army Educational Institutions held in July, 2011, there was an organizational adjustment within the educational institutions and training establishments of the People's Liberation Army Navy. All educational facilities were consolidated into three agencies and two naval training bases were also integrated with the naval educational institutions. The reform of educational institutions and practices of the People's Liberation Army Navy in Mainland China is worth of our concern.
