淺談全民國防教育之國軍文物保護－以海軍左營軍區為例

摘要

一、「全民國防」是21世紀世界各國國防發展的主軸，也是我國當前國防的主要政策之一。要如何透過教育的方式，讓國防的理念可以深植每一位國人的心目中，是國人須共同努力的目標。二、全民國防教育最重要的核心，無非是要建立國人「為誰而戰，為何而戰」的觀念，因此，培養對國家、民族、鄉土、歷史、文化的情感，是全民國防教育中不可忽略的一環。海軍負有捍衛海疆的使命，昔日海軍前輩們為了保家衛國做出了重大的貢獻，而其中國防軍史文物的保護工作，不僅是讓昭昭軍史延續，更應讓後人永遠傳頌，這也是海軍「錨鍊精神」的展現。三、國防文物的可貴，不僅僅在於文化資產保存的意義，更是因為這些有關戰爭的遺址或歷史文物中，蘊藏著全體國民的共同記憶，透過流傳迄今的國防文物，國人才可以瞭解先烈前輩為保衛家國付出的鮮血，及對生命的不言之教，更值得持續重視與推動。
