臺灣南北區域農學院學生之社會企業創業意圖之研究

Social Entrepreneurial Intentions of Agricultural Students in Northern and Southern Taiwan

摘要

為因應臺灣社會當前農業發展困境，社會企業被視為重要的解決途徑。本研究旨在探討臺灣農學院學生對於社會企業創業意圖的影響因素，並比較南北農學院學生之差異。本研究採取量化研究的研究取徑，分別針對臺灣南北區域重要農業高教學府，以問卷調查的方式蒐集分析資料，有效樣本共計960份。經過t檢定與多元迴歸之分析，本研究發現人格特質、創造力與社會資本等因素，皆影響農學院學生對於社會企業的創業意圖，也確實存在區域上的差異。整體而言，為鼓勵大專學子透過創新創業的模式投入農業與農村發展議題，建議未來農業與教育部門的政策制訂，應在多元選才等制度革新的基礎上，聚焦具潛力的目標對象投注資源。

In order to cope with the current plight of agricultural development in Taiwan society, social enterprises are regarded as a crucial resolution. This study aimed to explore the factors that affect the social entrepreneurial intentions of Taiwan's agricultural college students, and to compare the differences between students in the northern and southern regions. This study adopted quantitative research approach and analyzed the data by questionnaires with 960 effective samples, at Taiwan's major agricultural institutions in the two regions. Through t-test and multiple regression analysis, this study found that personality traits, creativity, and social capital can affect the social entrepreneurial intentions of agricultural college students, also with the regional differences. Overall, to encourage college students to submerge themselves into agricultural and rural development issues through innovative and entrepreneurial methodologies, both agriculture and education departmental policy formations should be based on new reforms such as multiple selection, therefore allowing focus on potential target resources.
