摘要

The compositions of the substrate and rectal diet of Uca vocans borealis were analyzed during 1994-1996. The substrate contained 25.5-34.6% of water(% of wet wt.), and 2.56-6.75% of organic materials (% of dry wt.) Chlorophyll a, b and carotiroids were detected in the substrate and were in the amount of: 0.07-1.11 μg, 0.14 - 2.11 μg, and 0.69-5.57 μg/g of dry substrate respectively. The rectal diet contained chlorophyll a and b in the range of 2.03-27.16 μg, and 3.70-26.47 μg/g of dry diet respectively. But the rectal diet contained no, or very small amount of carotiroids. The composition of the substrate showed seasonal variation.

本報告分析1994年10月至1996年6月間北方呼喚招潮蟹的食物（棲地表層土）及其直腸內容物的成份，表層土含有25.5-34.6%的水份(% of wet wt.)及2.56-6.75%的有機物質(%of dry wt.)。表層土中含有葉綠素a，b及類胡蘿蔔素，其含量各為：0.07-1.11μg，0.14-2.11μg 及0.69-5.57μg/g of dry substrate。直腸內容物也含葉綠素a及b，含量為2.03-27.16μg 及3.70-26.47μg/g of dry substrate，但是幾乎不含類胡蘿蔔素。北方呼喚招潮蟹食物的組成有季節性的變化。
