摘要

To take care of brain injury and intracranial bleeding patients is to prevent intracranial hypertension. The care measures include: 1. Head raises 30 degrees; 2. Keep the neck straight, because the neck turning sideways, forward, backwards and head & neck flexion-extension all will hinder the return of venous and cerebrospinal fluid, and affect cerebral perfusion.
