The ancient Hebrew law is the comprehensive expression of the old laws in the ancient near east region, its unique legal culture and structural systems, with the spread of Christianity, absorbed and inherited by the western countries through this media of ＂the Holy Bible ＂. The ＂Moses the Five Classics ＂( The Pentateuch) record almost all the ancient Hebrew law, especially explaining the life and remembering among them, can be regarded as an intact code of ancient Hebrew law. This text starts with forming history of the Pentateuch and general picture, have classified the introduction of putting to the numerous and jumbled legal content among them in order, and then has summed up the main characteristic of the legal content in it.
