本文以《马可福音》中关于法律伦理与婚姻伦理方面的经文为依据，通过对文本的详细诠释，指出在以教会为表征的基督徒共同体中，在马可看来，耶稣门徒行动的合法性植根于他们与耶稣的关系。由此，上帝之国的法律伦理得自其子民与耶稣的关联，以及耶稣与上帝本身的关联；而耶稣的婚姻伦理，则建基于他对上帝造男造女的信仰，植根于他作为神子的身份。这与希腊罗马世界、犹太世界乃至当今世界的伦理观念相对立。

Based on the verses about the law and marriage ethics in Mark's Gospel, this paper pointed out that in Mark's mind the actions of Jesus' disciples are rooted in their relationship with Him within Christian community characterized by church. Therefore the law ethics of God's Kingdom would have been based on its people's relation with Jesus, and on the relation between Jesus and God in Himself, while the marriage ethics of Jesus on His faith in that God created male and female in the beginning, and on His identity as God's man. This kind of idea of ethics is against those in the Greco-roman world, Jewish world and contemporary age.
