The purposes of this study were to explore the effects of coaches' leadership behavior on athletics' satisfaction with using flow experience as an intermediary factor. The objects are members of ball team in Elementary School and Junior High School in Chiayi City. The investigation with coaches' leadership behavior scale, flow experience scale and athletics' satisfaction scale as instrument. In this study, statistical software to analyze the survey results and to test the model with a linear structure moderately. Validation results show that the overall model fit the standard level of certification, which means that the theoretical model of this research available to support coaches' leadership behavior, there are significant positive impact on flow experience to athletics' satisfaction, and flow experience in coaches' leadership behavior between the athletics' satisfaction with a partial mediating effect.
