The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between leadership style, organizational culture, emotional intelligence and organizational commitment. A questionnaire survey was conducted using the members of Taiwan SMEs as the research object, and SPSS 22 statistical software was used as the analytical tool. Analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, regression analysis and other statistical methods are analyzed.
