運用巨量資料探討微型企業永續經營策略-北高私立幼兒園之比較分析

An Inquiry into the Sustainable Strategy of Microenterprises with Big Data: A Comparison of Private Preschools in Taipei and Kaohsiung Cities

摘要


教育部積極提升教保服務數量,以維護幼兒就學權益與提高教保服務品質,對當代之教育、社會與經濟具有重要意義。事實上,國內有許多優質之私立幼兒園,持續用心經營以尋求永續成長與發展。因此,本研究旨在瞭解北高兩市之私立幼兒園運作情形、分析永續經營之關鍵因素、以及探討政府法令規範、市場經營態勢、專業教保品質等構面之連動關係。然而為擴大研究取向,本研究採取巨量資料之視角進行研究設計,包括研究資料來源蒐集、研究發現分析、以及策略架構型塑等。因此,研究資料蒐集來源將涵蓋國內重要幼教政策與資訊討論之網站、部落格與討論區,並藉由巨量資料探勘相關研究資料,且運用SPSS 23、NVivo 11等量化與質性軟體協助分析,冀能經由多元視角避免分析盲點,提升研究嚴謹度與探討深入性,俾利有效剖析如微型企業之私立幼兒園的整體運作情形與永續經營策略,進而提供未來政策擬定、私立幼兒園經營、家長選擇之參酌依據。

From the viewpoint of the enhancement of service quality, the promotion of preschools could contribute significantly to the contemporary educational, social and economic development in Taiwan. Based on the key factors of successful operations and the relationships among important dimensions, such as governmental specification, managerial situation, and professional educare quality, this study aims to investigate the current circumstances and sustainable strategies of private preschools at two metropolises of Taiwan. This study adopts the perspective of big data, including data collection, research analysis, andstrategy framework, to expand research orientation and break through traditional limitations. Therefore, based on the application of suitable software, the research data were collected from the related information of database, website, and blog. In addition, SPSS 23 and NVivo 11 were used for data analysis to avoid blind spots and multiple perspectives were utilized to identify effectively the sustainable strategies of private preschools. Finally, practical suggestions from innovative research findings are made to authorities, directors, and parents for better decision-making in the future.
