Study on Model of the Rural vitalization from the Perspective of New Farmers in China

摘要

Rural revitalization has become an important national strategy in China. New farmers have become the main force of rural rejuvenation because of their characteristics of Internet thinking, innovative thinking and ecological thinking. This paper puts forward a new idea for the study of the model of rural industry revitalization, cultural revitalization and ecological revitalization under the view of the new farmers, and then solves the predicament of rural people, wealth and environment. The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) points out that we should firmly implement the a rural vitalization strategy and accelerate the modernization of agricultural and rural areas in accordance with thriving businesses, pleasant living environments, continuous and civilized social, effective governance, and prosperous lives. During the two sessions of the National People's Congress in March 2018, President Xi repeatedly mentioned the rural vitalization strategy and pointed out that we should promote rural revitalization in a healthy and orderly manner, grasp scientificly the characteristics of different places, not engage in a one-size-fits-all approach and a unified model, not involve in layer-by-layer coding, put an end to the ＂image project.＂ Rural revitalization has become an important national strategy of our country. The village as the carrier of traditional cultural space and the treasure house of genes needs to be developed and revitalized urgently. In 2015, Premier Li Keqiang proposed the concept of ＂Internet Plus＂, which raised infinite possibilities for the rise of new types of agriculture and new farmers. In 2016, the Central Committee's ＂Document No. 1＂ proposed to promote structural reforms on the supply side of agriculture, providing a broader stage for the development of new farmers. New farmers have injected new energy and drive into rural revitalization and rural development.
