基於新型冠狀病毒疫情下旅遊業面臨的挑戰、機遇及對策研究－以澳門特別行政區為例
Research on Challenges, Opportunities and Countermeasures of Tourism Industry Based on 2019-nCoV-Taking the Macao Special Administrative Region as an example
摘要
面對突如其來的新型冠狀病毒，各行各業均受到衝擊，尤其是第三產業中的旅遊業。為加快疫情過後旅遊業的復蘇，本文以澳門為研究物件，基於疫情影響下澳門旅遊業的現狀，對其面臨的挑戰與機遇進行分析。作為世界旅遊休閒中心的澳門在此次疫情影響下面臨著產業結構調整等挑戰與市場需求增長等機遇。根據澳門旅遊業面臨的機遇與挑戰，進而提出相應的實施策略。以疫情為契機，充分發揮澳門良好的城市形象、推出澳門旅遊業的重振計畫、培養企業抗壓能力、發展特色旅遊類型等措施，使澳門最大程度的抓住機遇、贏得挑戰，減少疫情影響下產生的損失。希望相關對策在幫助澳門旅遊業可持續發展的同時能為其它城市旅遊業的恢復提供參考與借鑒。

Faced with a sudden of 2019-nCoV, all walks of life have been hit, especially the tourism industry in the tertiary industry. In order to accelerate the recovery of the tourism industry after the epidemic, this article takes Macau as the research object, and analyzes the challenges and opportunities it faces based on the current situation of the tourism industry under the influence of the epidemic. Under the influence of this epidemic, Macau, as a world tourism and leisure center, is facing challenges such as industrial restructuring and opportunities such as market demand growth. According to the opportunities and challenges faced by the Macau tourism industry, a corresponding implementation strategy is proposed. Taking the epidemic situation as an opportunity, Macao should give full play to its good image as a city, launch a plan to revive Macao's tourism industry, train enterprises' ability to resist pressure, develop characteristic tourism types and other measures, so that Macao can seize the opportunity to the greatest extent, win challenges, and reduce losses caused by the epidemic situation. It is hoped that the relevant countermeasures will provide a reference for the restoration of tourism in other cities while helping the sustainable development of Macau's tourism.
