Wise men learn by other men's mistakes; fools by their own. Global Leader Programme (GLP) leaded by the Centre of Global Engagement Coventry University had set up reputable courses for fostering students international orientation and global entrepreneurship, won the praises from students as well as employers. Draw on its experience and course design, this thesis discusses objectives, process and effects of GLP, in order to explore British university's efforts in leveraging internationalisation. By analysing and discussing Industrial Trip and Linguae Mundi modules under GLP, this thesis works closely to examine its course building and experience, helping City University De Macau improvement from internationalisation perspective.
