RESEARCH ON THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON TEACHER ENGAGEMENT IN NEWLY-BUILT UNIVERSITIES BASED ON DATA ANALYSIS

摘要


With the improvement of social and economic level and the continuous change of the needs of employees, the existing organizational culture and human resource management practices have not been able to achieve the common development of people and organizations. With the development of the Internet and organizational change, in the development of traditional organizations, how to improve engagement has become an urgent practical issue for theoretical research and management practice. Based on the organizational culture theory and resource conservation theory, this paper investigates the organizational culture and teacher engagement of Wuhan Business School through a questionnaire survey. Based on big data, this paper uses SPSS26.0 to make a correlation analysis of their relationships. Finally, it is concluded that there is a significant positive correlation between the four dimensions of organizational culture and the organizational culture itself and teacher engagement The three aspects of incentive support and information communication put forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the construction of organizational culture and the promotion of teacher engagement in newly-built undergraduate colleges.
