摘要

我國在新修訂之特殊教育法施行細則（2012）中特別規定，對具有情緒與行為問題的學生必須於IEP中制訂行為介入計畫（BIP）。這項規定使得第一線特殊教育工作者在撰寫IEP時面臨新的挑戰。本文根據BIP的法令發展，進而分析其要素與意涵，並提出BIP在IEP中之應用與設計，期能有助特殊教育教學實務與IEP撰寫。

In the newly amended Special Education Law Regulations (2012), it is stipulated that the Behavior Intervention Plan should be developed for the students with emotional disabilities and behavioral problems. The special education teachers face increasing challenges when writing IEP recently. This article discusses the development of BIP in legislation and analyzes its elements and significance. The application and design of BIP in IEP are also presented to help special educational teachers in teaching and writing BIP in IEP in practice.
