結合案例教學法與正向行為支持處理智能障礙學生性問題行為之探討

摘要


智能障礙學生之性發展與認知發展程度常存在著落差,易產生性問題行為,而造成教師教學上與班級經營上的困擾。案例教學法強調透過實際發生的事件,可提供性問題行為案例成為討論的議題範本,而正向行為支持可提供處理性問題行為的策略,進而導向合宜的行為,因此本文嘗試透過案例教學法結合正向行為支持策略來處理智能障礙學生之性問題行為,並以智能障礙學生身體隱私之案例說明其實施過程。

The gap existed between the sex development and cognitive development for students with intelligent disabilities and this brought out the sexual behavior problems. The issue has worried teachers in their teaching and classroom management. The case-based instruction provided teachers with the examples of sexual behavior problems for discussion of topics. Positive behavior support can bring the strategies for managing problem behaviors to guide to expedient of behavior. Therefore, this article attempts to connect the case-based instruction with positive behavior support to analyze the process of dealing with the sexual problem behaviors for students with intelligent disabilities through the example of body privacy.
