The gap existed between the sex development and cognitive development for students with intelligent disabilities and this brought out the sexual behavior problems. The issue has worried teachers in their teaching and classroom management. The case-based instruction provided teachers with the examples of sexual behavior problems for discussion of topics. Positive behavior support can bring the strategies for managing problem behaviors to guide to expedient of behavior. Therefore, this article attempts to connect the case-based instruction with positive behavior support to analyze the process of dealing with the sexual problem behaviors for students with intelligent disabilities through the example of body privacy.
