發展遲緩兒童到宅服務之家庭專業合作取向:家長參與評量的初探

Family-professional collaboration in home-based early intervention for children with developmental disabilities: Preliminary research for family participating in assessment process

摘要


發展遲緩兒童到宅服務為近年早期療育的趨勢,主張在自然環境提供發展遲緩兒童早期介入,並強調家庭專業合作取向。本研究透過文獻分析法,歸納出國內十三篇以家庭為中心的研究,刪除其中四篇提供非到宅服務後,選取其中九篇提供到宅服務之研究進行探討。根據研究中採用的評量方式得出現行使用最多者為標準化量表,其次為觀察法、問卷、訪談,以及綜合應用。結論與建議:(1)家庭-專業合作取向有利於家長參與目標訂定與評量,可促進家庭的成效;(2)選用發展遲緩兒童到宅服務的評量工具時應主張多元化評量,包含標準化量表與非標準化評量方式;(3)專業人員採用家庭-專業合作取向介入時,可讓家長參與評量過程以提升兒童成效;未來可再探究家長參與評量的程度與家庭成效之關聯性。

The trend of early intervention for children with developmental disabilities in recent years is home-based intervention, which advocating for providing interventions in natural environments, and emphasizing on family-professional collaboration. This article summarized thirteen articles of family-centered approach by literature review. Researchers deleted four of them providing non-home-based services, and selected nine of them to discuss. According to the assessment method in these studies, the most used ones are standardized scales, and the second are observations, questionnaire, interviews, and mixed method. We suggested that: (a) Family-professional collaboration helps parents to participate in goal setting and evaluation, and can promote family effectiveness ; (b) Assessment method in home-based intervention for children with developmental disabilities should be multiple assessed that containing standardized scales and non-standardized scales; (c) Professionals can invite families to participate in assessment process in order to improve early intervention effectiveness. In the future, we can explore the correlation between the degree of family participation in assessment and family effectiveness.
