國小教師對社會及學校疏離感之研究

A STUDY OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS' ALIENATION TOWARD SOCIETY AND THEIR SCHOOLS

摘要


本研究之目的在探討國小教師對社會現況及學校現況疏離感的内涵與其間的關係。經有關理論與研究之探討,據以編訂「國小教師對社會與學校態度量表」做爲研究工具,並以中區四縣市三百名國小教師爲施測對象,結果有效樣本爲二百三十二名。所獲資料經統計處理,主要發現如下:一、影響國小教師疏離感的主要因素爲個人因素。二、女性國小教師的無規範感及對學校行政的疏離感高於男性國小教師。三、未婚的國小教師在各項疏離感因素上高於已婚者。四、年輕的國小教師疏離感高於年長者。五、資淺的國小教師疏離感高於資深者。六、擔任級任之國小教師與擔任主任者的疏離感差距最爲懸殊。七、學歷背景並非影響國小教師疏離感差異之因素。八、學校變項並非影響國小教師疏離感差異之因素。九、大多數國小教師對學校行政的疏離感均相當高。十、國小教師對各項因素的疏離感之間均密切相關。十一、國小教師對社會與學校疏離感變項對其疏離感各層面因素變項有預測作用。十二、不同婚姻狀況與不同年資類別之國小教師間的疏離感有交互作用。十三、不同學校班級數與不同職務類別之國小教師間的疏離感有交互作用。十四、不同學校地區與不同職務類別之國小教師間的疏離感有交互作用。

The purpose of this study was to investigate elementary scholl teachers' alienation toward society situations an their schools. After the survey of related literature and studies, the scale, "Elementary School Teacher' Attitude toward Society and School", was designed as the main instrument of this study. The scale was administered to 300 elementary school teachers and 232 of them were valid. After the administration, all the data gained was processed and analyzed. The main findings are as follows 1. Personal variables are main variables influencing elementary school teachers's alienation. 2. Female elementary school teachers are more alienated toward school administration than male teachers. 3. Unmarried elementary school teachers are more alienated in many areas than married teachers. 4. Younger elementary school teachers are more alienated in many areas than older teachers. 5. Less experienced elementary school teachers are more alienated in many areas than senior teachers. 6. Elementary school home room teachers are much more alienated in each area than the teachers who take charge of school administration. 7. Educational background is not the main factor influencing the differences of elementary school teachers' alienation. 8. School variables are not the main factors influencing the differences of elementary school teachers' alienation. 9. Most elementary school teachers are rather alienated toward school administration. 10. All the variables of elementary school teachers' alienation are highly correlated. 11. The dimensional factor variables of elementary school teachers can be predicted by those teachers' alienation toward the society and their schools. 12. There is an interaction between elementary school teachers' marriage status and teaching experience. 13. There is an interaction between the scale of schools and the rank of elementary school teachers' positions. 14. There is an interaction between the region of schools and the rank of elementary school teachers' positions.
