以因素分析的觀點看測驗理論中信度的估計方式

摘要

本文主要目的爲：一、説明古典測驗理論（classical test theory，簡稱CTT）、試題反應理論（item response theory，簡稱IRT）及因素分析（factor analysis）之關係。二、説明常被使用有關信度（reliability）的定義：「不同時間施測時，測驗得分的穩定程度」及「觀察分數的變異中所欲測量的心理特質分數變異所佔的比率」，就因素分析的觀點而言是不同的。三、以因素分析的觀點說明不同測驗理論中各種信度估計法的優缺點。

(2) Describing the definitions of different reliability coefficients and their estimates.
