摘要

台灣已正式邁入「高齡社會」，因此關懷老人成為我國社會福利政策重要的方向。「銀髮一點通」結合智慧語音輸出之文字轉語音合成技術（TTS），搭配GPS定位，利用大數據進行整合，發展出運用行動科技載具的資訊整合閱讀輔助系統。本研究希望藉由「銀髮一點通」系統讓高齡族群可以運用行動科技更自在地獨立生活，並建立生活自主能力及自信心，希望「銀髮一點通」除了可以幫助銀髮族自主生活並達到活躍老化的休閒效益外，更能間接節省我國政府長期照護的資源。

Taiwan has officially become the ＂aging society＂, so caring for the elderly is an important direction for the social welfare policy of Taiwan Government. ＂Silver Hair Assistant＂ is an App that combines intelligent voice output - text-to-speech technology, with GPS positioning. It also integrates with big data to develop the integrated reading aid function using action technology. The purposes of developing ＂Silver Hair Assistant＂ are to enable the elderly to live independently by action technology, to make their lives content, and to develop their self-confidence. In addition to help the silver-haired people to live independently and get leisure benefit in active aging, the ＂Silver Hair Assistant＂ intend to save the costs of the government's long-term care resources.
