醫院知識創造與品管圈成效間關係的探討

Relationship between hospital knowledge creation and quality control circle effectiveness

摘要


目的:本研究目的旨在從知識創造觀點來瞭解影響醫院推行品管圈成效之重要因素。因此,本研究將藉由知識管理與儲存、知識管理共享與應用、高階管理者支持、員工訓練、以客為主、知覺價值、知識管理態度等面向,探討其對品管圈效益之影響。方法:本研究以中部地區醫療院所之醫護人員為調查對象,共計發出400份問卷,回收有效問卷231份,有效回收率為57.75%。採用結構方程模型進行資料分析。結果:實證研究結果顯示:(1)知識管理儲存與整合、知識管理共享和應用、高階管理層支持、員工訓練、知覺價值對品管圈效益呈現顯著正向影響;(2)以客為主、知識管理態度對品管圈效益無影響。結論:研究結果將有助於醫院在未來進行品管圈活動與知識創造過程中之參考,並作為後續品管圈活動或知識創造研究之依據。

Purpose: To determine the relationship of quality control circle implementation with knowledge creation and its effect on the hospital performance, based on not only knowledge-management storage and integration, sharing and usage, and attitudes but also top management support, employee training, customer focus, and perceived value. Method: Members of a medical and nursing practitioners' panel at a medical institution in Central Taiwan were surveyed. Four hundred questionnaires were issued, and 231 effective questionnaires were collected (effective return rate: 57.75%). Data analysis was performed using a structural equation model. Result: Knowledge-management storage and integration and sharing and usage as well as top management support, employee training, and perceived value of quality control circles had significantly positive effects on hospital performance. However, no such effect was evident for customer focus and the knowledge management attitudes. Conclusions: The results of this study can assist hospitals in promoting and conducting research on the practices of quality control circles and the knowledge creation process in the future.
