機關電子檔案管理發展方向
The Prospect of the Government Electronic Document Management

The electronic records of government agencies have greatly increased in these years. However, the characteristics of electronic records are quite different from the characteristics of hard copy especially in variety and complexity so that the management and application of the electronic records are very important. The article, according to international standard of archives management ISO15489, our current situations and strategic plan of the archives management, tries to plan the management goal of electric records and development policy. Consequently, all agencies could manage and use authentic, reliable, and accessible electronic records very well.
