國家檔案資訊系統之規劃與展望
The Prospect of National Archives Information System

National Archives Administration, which is the unique authorized agency, is in charge of the public records generated by all government agencies under a centralized mechanism. That includes acquisition, disposal, preservation, and application of all national archives in the agency. This article is to discuss the structure of Archives Management System in National Archives Administration and our expectation for the system development in the future, and try to make a conclusion from four aspects of theoretical constructs such as records management, digital information preservation, methods of application, and related information technology as well.
