摘要

本文介紹建置國家檔案庫房之需求，包括國家檔案庫房配置及構造、國家檔案典藏設備及國家檔案庫房附屬空間需求等原則；並以檔案管理局新規劃之國家檔案典藏場所案為例，說明如何以建築設計手法，妥善落實國家檔案庫房之規劃。本文所提案例規劃過程，除可累積未來國家檔案館內國家檔案庫房規劃建置之經驗外，亦可提供各機關（構）建置檔案庫房時之參考。

This article introduces the requirements for establishing national archives repository, which include the space allocation and structure, the preservation equipments and the adjunctive rooms. The plan of the new archives repository of N.A.A. has been taken as an example to explain in detail how to properly design an archives repository in architectural methods. Through the planning process of this case, the experiences of establishing national archives repository can be accumulated for the use of the future National Archives. Besides, they can be reference for records storage plans of other government agencies.
