今日博物館之展覽規劃及挑戰

蒐藏與展示是人類生而具有之傾向，也是博物館2種重要的基本功能。今日博物館林立，種類繁多，各類型博物館各有不同之展覽方式，難以歸納合一，故本文由展覽之共通性，包括展覽的本質在於展示物品、展覽是溝通的媒介、展覽是參觀者的每次經驗談起，再解析國內展覽規劃之要項，計有展覽名稱、展覽之時間與地點、展品來源、保險與運輸、文宣品之印製、相關文化活動、行銷與宣傳、經費預算等13項，並提出有效運作展覽團隊之重點，最後提出博物館之限制與挑戰，在於多元觀衆、多元詮釋觀、策展變數多等8項，並期望博物館面對此挑戰，應勇於迎戰，不斷精進，成為各文化之代言人。

Both objects collecting and exhibiting are basic instincts of human beings, which are 2 fundamental functions of a museum. Nowadays, there are many kinds of museums of which exhibition techniques are distinct respectively. All characteristics of museums are too difficult to integrate into a stereotype. This article aims to initiate issues by all means from the commonness of exhibitions, including exhibiting objects as being the essence of an exhibition, exhibition itself as a communication media, exhibition as being each visitor's experience, and so on. Afterward, the paper results in thirteen components of a domestic exhibition that include themes, timing, venues, objects, insurance, transportation, brochure publication, relevant activities, marketing, and budget. It also comes up with some crucial points of how to operate an exhibition working team effectively. In the final section, the author pinpoints the limitation and challenges of a museum regarding various audience, multiple explanations, and variety of processes etc. By the way, the author highly expects the field of museology to keep fighting against all challenges courageously, and advancing continuously for being a multicultural representative.
