青少年男子足球員下肢肌力與柔軟度相關研究

A study of lower extremity muscle strength, flexibility of the young male soccer players

摘要


肌肉力量和柔軟度是足球運動員體能表現關鍵指標,特別是動態足球運動,慣用腳與非慣用腳提供肌肉力量和柔軟度間的穩定性。肌肉力量是身體高水平運動表現及傷害率重要因子之一。事實上,大約17%的足球傷病歸因於肌肉僵硬和柔軟度缺乏。本研究目的是在探討下肢肌力與柔軟度對青少年男子足球員之影響。於研究方法上,以高雄市中學男子足球員為對象,共34名;採測試方式進行,經描述性統計分析、皮爾森簡單相關係數分析結果發現,受試者右側膝伸直與踝背屈肌力;右側髖屈曲、膝伸直與踝背屈主動關節活動度數值皆偏低。右側髖屈曲肌群與右側膝伸直肌群,右側髖屈曲與右側髖屈曲主動關節活動度達顯著關係(p<.05)。建議在足球訓練中,股四頭肌、腿後肌、小腿肌和脛前肌肌肉力量,以及髖膝踝關節柔軟度不應忽視。

Strength and flexibility are two of the key indicators of physical performance in soccer players. Particularly during dynamic movements in soccer, balance in strength and flexibility between the dominant and nondominant legs provide joint stability. It is well known that muscular strength is one of the most important components of physical performance in sport, in terms of both high-level performance and injury occurrence. In fact, around 17% of injuries in football have been attributed to muscle tightness and lack of flexibility. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of lower extremity muscle strength and flexibility on the young male soccer players. Subjects for the study were selected from a male soccer player in a high school in Kaohsiung. a total of 34; adopt measurement approaches, Descriptive statistical analysis、Pearson Correlation. The results found that the low scores of subjects in the measure lower extremity muscle strength(right knee extension、ankle dorsiflexion)、active range of motion(right hip flexion、knee extension、ankle dorsiflexion). right hip flexors and right knee extensors, right hip flexors and active range of motion- right hip flexion correlated significantly (p<.05) It is suggested that in soccer training, quadriceps、hamstrings、calfs and Tibialis anterior muscle strength, as well as hip、knee、ankle joint flexibility should not be overlooked.
