The Influence of NMES Intervention on Martial Arts Flying Double Flying Feet

Purpose: This study conducts NMES intervention on the main force-bearing muscles of martial arts flying feet in order to activate the excitement of the muscles, so as to understand the effects of NMES intervention on the instant of the lowest point of gravity of the flying feet, the instant when both feet were off the ground, and the instant of flying feet. Differences in kinematic parameters of the three phases. Methods: This study recruited 15 boys from the martial arts team of Normal University as the research subjects. All of them mastered the basic skills and skills of martial arts (Average height 175.53 ± 4.98 cm, weight 66.87 ± 6.20 kg, age 22.00 ± 1.46 years). Results: At the instant of the lowest point of the center of gravity, there was no significant difference in the kinematic parameters (p > 0.05). When the feet were off the ground, the vertical velocity after NMES intervention was faster than that before intervention, and showed a high level of significance (z = -3.295, p = 0.001); the thigh angular velocity after NMES intervention was faster than before intervention, and showed a high level of significance (z = -3.408, p = 0.001); calf angular velocity after NMES intervention was faster than before intervention, and showed a high level of significance (z = -2.329, p = 0.020). There was no significant difference in the kinematic parameters at the instant of the double-flying feet (p > 0.05). Conclusion: NMES training was effective in improving human muscle strength. After NMES intervention, the strength of the legs is improved, the degree of physical fatigue was reduced, and the quality of the movement of flying feet in the air was better than the intervention. It was suggested that in future research, the number of experimental subjects and female research subjects can be increased, and NMES can also be used to intervene in the basic martial arts jumping training to further improve the quality of martial arts jumping movements, and provide coaches and athletes as a reference.
