Strengthen the New Impetus of Grass-Roots Party Building and Education in Colleges and Universities with the Integration of Teachers and Students from the Perspective of ＂Party Building+＂
摘要
The arrival of the new era makes the Party building work in colleges and universities face new challenges and build up to the new development opportunities. Improving the working quality of Party building in colleges and universities is an important guarantee for deepening the connotative development of higher education and promoting the ＂double first-rate＂ construction. The ＂double leader＂ training project of the Party branch secretary of college teachers emerge as the times require. The Party branch of Petroleum Engineering School of Southwest Petroleum University as an excellent representative of the ＂double leader＂ branch, based on giving full play to the advantages of the ＂Party building+＂ model, innovates the work carrier and work grasp, promotes the integration between teachers and students, in order to achieve the Party's total leadership for the development of educational cause, implement the fundamental tasks of establishing moral and cultivating people and make positive contributions. Based on the branch construction of the ＂double leader＂, this paper analyzes the challenges that the Party building work at grassroots level in colleges and universities face, and causes and ways of endogenous momentum why the integration between teachers and students practically strengths the Party building and education at grassroots level, integrate the ＂three all-round education＂ idea, actively explores the practical contents and form of ＂Party building +＂ mode.
