摘要

The poor college students in local colleges and universities are a group of special groups, the problem of their difficult employment is not only related to the severe environment of social employment, but also related to their weak employment strength, unable to correctly understand themselves, lack of understanding of the employment situation and so on. In order to achieve the smooth employment of poor college students in local colleges and universities, not only the efforts of poor college students themselves and colleges, but also the help of all walks of life and the support of the national level.
