Design of Vegetable Grafting Machine Control System based on Mitsubishi PLC

摘要


Grafting robot technology is a kind of high and new technology which integrates machinery, automatic control and Facility Horticulture Technology. Grafting robot can greatly improve grafting efficiency and survival rate. This paper takes the grafting robot as the object, uses Mitsubishi PLC as the control core, carries out PLC selection, I / O allocation, and designs the program according to the process of the sticking method. Through the operation, the whole control program runs well.
