Purpose This paper discusses the clinical efficacy of Betaloc combined with Enalapril in the treatment of diastolic heart failure. Method The 106 patients with diastolic heart failure admitted in our hospital between June 2020 and June 2021 were taken as the research objects and randomly divided into a study group (n=53) and a control group (n=53). The control group took treatment, and the study group was treated with Enalapril on this basis. The total effective rate, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), and E/A levels of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group (92.45%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.36%). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in LVEF and E/A levels between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the LVEF and E/A levels of the two groups increased, but the level of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Betaloc combined with Enalapril can achieve better therapeutic effects in the treatment of diastolic heart failure.
