The university stage has special significance for students. It not only plays a connecting role in the transition from school career to society, but also means that students gradually enter adulthood from adolescence. At present, learning burnout has become a common problem among college students. Therefore, it is urgent to change their current situation and improve their learning enthusiasm. Based on the in‐depth investigation of college students of different majors in two universities in Hunan Province and Henan Province, this paper summarizes the subjective and objective causes of learning burnout, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of curriculum, teaching methods, assessment system and students' needs, so as to change the current situation of learning burnout for college students, Establish a correct learning attitude, develop good learning habits and lay a solid foundation.
