Research on Topology Evolution and Collaborative Measurement of Knowledge Transfer Network in Strategic Emerging Industries

摘要

Based on the evolution and collaborative exploration of the knowledge transfer network of strategic emerging industries, this paper constructs the knowledge transfer network structure for strategic emerging industries from the perspective of industrial chain innovation, empirically explores the evolution law by using logistic growth model, finally measures the network collaboration state and analyzes the complex trend of industrial chain innovation. The conclusions are as follows: the whole industry chain innovation of FPGA industry knowledge transfer network in China is relatively insufficient. We should accumulate heterogeneous knowledge and make technical preparations for the platform period on the basis of improving the localization rate. According to the model calculation, the evolution stages of the industry are divided into formation period (2003‐2013), rapid growth period (2013‐2018), deceleration growth period (2018‐2022) and platform period (after 2022). The network structure of industrial knowledge transfer in each stage gradually evolves from local close structure to dense strong relationship structure. The research results enlighten us to be clear in policy The co evolution rules of "industrial knowledge transfer network" manage the collaborative relationship between upstream, middle and downstream, appropriately improve the density of upstream, middle and downstream sub networks, ensure the in‐depth development of synergy and promote the innovation of the whole industrial chain. As an innovation subject, we should find the correct positioning according to the industrial development process, actively establish knowledge transfer relations with relevant links and nodes in the knowledge transfer network, improve our own knowledge accumulation, and strive to make innovative breakthroughs in application fields.
