Difficulties and Countermeasures of Management in Hospital Medical Department

摘要

With the continuous reform and optimization of the medical system, the difficulty of hospital medical management is increasing. How to adapt medical management to economic development, cooperate with the development of urban medical cooperation activities, and ensure the physical and mental health and well‐off life quality of all the people is the main problem faced by the current hospital management. Further analysis, the increasing number of inpatients, how to improve patients' satisfaction with medical treatment, how to strengthen the management of medical staff and medical assistance behavior, and how to improve the hospital's medical emergency emergency capacity and other issues are imminent. The hospital medical department is the core department of medical quality, and the implementation of the responsibilities of the medical department is related to the improvement of the hospital medical quality and medical safety management efficiency. Only by actively and effectively carrying out the management of the medical department can solve the problems in medical management with the greatest efficiency, avoid unnecessary management and personnel disputes, and enable the hospital to develop efficiently, stably and rapidly.
