摘要

Under the tide of global energy transformation, major countries in the world promote the transformation of energy industry by adjusting domestic energy policies and laws, which will make overseas energy investment enterprises face more serious environmental legal risks and the risk of adverse changes in energy laws and policies. Overseas energy investors should carefully choose the host country, industry and mode of investment, fully understand the situation of the target country, predict the legal risks of energy environment and adverse changes in energy laws and policies, reasonably design contract terms and avoid risks to the greatest extent.
