摘要

動脈血栓移除術（endovascular thrombectomy）是現今急性缺血性腦中風的重要治療，而術後的照護與併發症處理成為重要的課題。除了術後再灌流造成的腦水腫與出血、再阻塞、感染以外，臨床上也會遭遇其他較為少見的併發症。此篇文章分別討論顯影劑腦病變（contrast-induced encephalopathy）、空氣栓塞（air embolism）以及顯影劑滲漏（contrast extravasation）併發腔室症候群（compartment syndrome），由真實案例出發，探討危險因子，可能之致病機轉，與建議的臨床處理。

Endovascular thrombectomy is the mainstay of acute ischemic stroke management and the post-thrombectomy care and management of related complications are important. Common complications include cerebral edema and hemorrhagic transformation after reperfusion, re-occlusion and infection. However, there are also rare complications. In this article, three clinical cases of rare complications are presented, including contrast-induced encephalopathy, air embolism, and contrast extravasation which leads to compartment syndrome. Risk factors, possible pathogenesis and recommended management are discussed.
