Analyzing Structure of Carrier Stage from Transmission Device of Ammunition Carrying and Feeding System

摘要


To meet the requirement of carrying ammunition container for Rocket Force, there has designed a carrier stage for ammunition carrying and feeding system. The frame of carrier stage adopts welding structure, install the side guides and guide bars on the contacting surface between carrier stage and sliding guides of transmission device, stage surface is designed with positioning and fastening your structure. And the structure not only achieves the fastening function for ammunition containers of different specifications, but also ensure the carrier stage sliding smoothly on the guide rail. The welded frame has been structure optimized, analyzing the welded frame through finite element method . There has been tested model machine, the testing result has shown that carrier stage from transmission device of ammunition carrying and feeding system meets the requirements of design and operation.
