摘要

The importance of physical education in the development of contemporary society is becoming increasingly prominent. The improvement of national physical quality is the theme of the development of the times. The relevant physical education concepts are constantly enriched, and the physical education model is innovated and optimized in combination with the needs of the development of the times. Sports humanistic sociology has also been further evolved and developed. Using the theories and methods of Humanities and Social Sciences, this paper deeply analyzes the elements such as sports and people, sports and society, and the essence of sports, and optimizes the existing physical education system. This paper mainly explores the factors of the evolutionary development of sports humanistic sociology.
