Exploration on Training Mode of Innovative Economic Talents in New Development Stage

摘要

Entering the new development stage, higher education has made progress and development day by day. At the same time, there are some deficiencies, such as the adaptability of curriculum system and training objectives needs to be strengthened, the single teaching method, the neglect of personalized training, the high degree of curriculum theorization, the lack of practical links and so on. Based on the training goal of Innovative Economics Talents in the new development stage, this paper puts forward that the training of Innovative Economics talents should adhere to the guiding position of Marxist theory, carry out the construction of discipline system and professional structure on the basis of adhering to the principle of school development orientation and the unity of stage and continuity, and focus on the optimization path of multi-dimensional practical teaching mode.
