Taking the screen printing press commonly used in the printing industry as the research object, UG software was used to establish the 3D model of the printing mechanism, finite element model was established by Ansys Workbench software, statics and topology optimization analysis of key components were carried out, and the stress and deformation of the printing mechanism were calculated. According to the analysis results of statics and topology optimization, In order to reduce the quality of the mechanism, the structure is optimized. The results show that the maximum stress and maximum deformation of the improved scraping mechanism before and after optimization are within the allowable range on the basis of 80° as the optimal scraping Angle, and the overall mass is reduced by 22.8%, and the lightweight design of screen printing scraping mechanism is realized.
