Study on the Current Situation of Food Safety and Its Credibility Assessment Problem

摘要


In today's society, people pay more and more attention to whether the food produced by food production enterprises is safe and harmless. Therefore, it is particularly important for government regulatory departments to effectively supervise food production enterprises. In the process of supervision, to food production enterprise safety integrity evaluation is a necessary means, it reflects the ability of an enterprise for food safety production, at the same time, for the insurance industry is one of the important indices for the evaluation of a company, for the public, also understand production enterprises as an important basis. To strengthen food safety management, business operators need to strengthen their own moral quality, but also need to improve the regulatory system and institutional constraints.
