摘要

Traditional college student work which has always been based on ＂management＂ methods can no longer adapt to and meet the increasingly individual needs of college students in the new era. By introducing the school social work expecially the professional concepts and methods such as ＂People-oriented＂ and ＂Helping others is to help themselves.＂ ＂Individualization＂ into college student work, the effect of educating people will be effectivly enhanced, students' potential will be further activated, and their ability to solve problems will be impoved, thus to inject new vitality into the work of college students.
