摘要

Modern educational technology is the product of the development of education and science and technology. With the development of education and science and technology, modern educational technology is endowed with different connotations in different periods. China's education must conform to the development trend in the era of knowledge economy, and gradually transform the heavy population burden into the advantage of human resources with international competitiveness. Modern educational technology not only renews teaching methods and means, but also has a comprehensive impact and challenge on traditional educational theory and practice, which will eventually lead to holistic and fundamental changes in education. This paper explains the connotation of modern educational technology from different angles, starts with the relationship between modern educational technology and educational reform, reveals the significance of modern educational technology to the balanced development of education, and expounds that the application of modern educational technology is the material condition for deepening educational reform. The majority of educators need to understand the importance of modern educational technology, apply and develop modern educational technology, and promote the balanced development of education.
