Analysis of Offensive and Defensive RSR of the Top 8 Teams in the 2019 Basketball World Cup and Its Enlightenment to the Chinese Men's Basketball Team

In order to explore the development of Chinese basketball, combining the comprehensive performance and technical statistics of the Chinese men's basketball team in this World Cup, find the gap between the strong teams of various countries. Using literature data method, video analysis method, mathematical statistics method and comprehensive evaluation of rank and ratio, taking the top 8 teams of the 2019 Basketball World Cup as the research object, focusing on the quantitative analysis of their offensive and defensive technical indicators, the following conclusions are drawn: The offensive ability of the Spanish team belongs to the B grade, with an RSR value of 0.788; the defensive ability of the Spanish team belongs to the A grade, and the Argentine, French and American teams belong to the C grade. The only comprehensive offensive and defensive ability of the Spanish team is A grade. In the comparison of data, it was found that the Chinese team's offensive and defensive team was seriously unbalanced, and the data was at a disadvantage, manifested in shooting percentage, rebounding and team cooperation. It is recommended that the Chinese team improve offensive ability, strengthen offensive rebounding, and reduce mistakes. Control the loss of points, promote the balanced development of offensive and defensive capabilities, and comprehensively enhance the overall strength of the team. It aims to provide a theoretical reference for the development of each team.
