As an important means and objective basis to evaluate the clinical operation ability of medical students, OSCE model has always been the focus of medical higher education. The traditional assessment mode pays more attention to theory and result, does not attach importance to practice and process, and can not achieve a comprehensive evaluation of medical students' clinical thinking ability. In recent years, the requirements and ideas of medical education in China have gradually changed, and all kinds of medical colleges and universities have begun to apply the OSCE model as one of the ways of graduation examination, and to explore and apply the OSCE model. OSCE examination mode can not only investigate the medical knowledge and skill operation level of medical students, but also make medical students better adapt to the clinical working environment and improve their clinical thinking ability. However, the OSCE model is in the exploration stage at present, and there is still a certain distance from the correct application. It is still necessary for colleges and universities to continuously explore and study, perfect the OSCE model, and provide a new supporting force for the examination of medical specialty.
