Research on the Second Classroom Education Strategy in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Career Planning ＂Everyone Is Brilliant＂

The second classroom education has become an indispensable component of higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the second classroom in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the strategies for educating students in the second classroom in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of ＂everyone is outstanding＂ in career planning.First, put forward the idea of career planning into the construction of the second classroom system;Secondly, the second classroom and the first classroom integrated operation and management mechanism;Finally, the six‐in‐one driving mechanism of ＂school administration, operation, enterprise and village area＂ is proposed to build the second classroom education community of ＂Everyone is outstanding＂.
